What is The Oxford Loyalty Card?
It is our way of rewarding our guests for their continued support. The program is completely free! A percentage of your purchase goes back to you as credit to spend with us when you like. Kickbacks start from 2% to 10%. These may be used during any future dining experience at The Oxford. You will also receive exclusive offers that will be sent to you via email.

Are there any exclusions?

All Oxford Club loyalty offers exclude gift card purchases, or when redeeming gift cards.
The card can only be used per customer per transaction. So if you are paying for the whole group, you can use the card for the entire bill, but if you are just paying for yourself then you earn points for your portion of the bill only.

  • You can not pass the card onto others to use at anytime.
  • Loyalty offers cannot be combined with any other offer or discount, special offers, gift cards, etc.

How do I join?

You can sign up at The Oxford. Inquire with your server to get started! Or to join the club online, please complete the 'join our mailing list" form on our website. After filling out the sign-up form, call in to see us to activate and collect your card so you can start earning loyalty points!

Why do I have to register my card?

To be able to redeem rewards, so we can track your account activity, such as your dollar accrual and redemptions, we can assist us to transfer your rewards to a new card if your card is lost or stolen and help us to look up your account in case you forgot your card when you visit.

What if I forget to bring my card when I dine at The Oxford?

No problem! If you don’t have your card with you or your partner has the card, we can still reward you. Just give us your name and we can look up your account and add the rewards on.

I forgot to use my Loyalty Card and earn points on my previous visit. Can I still get credit?

Sorry unfortunately all rewards must be redeemed at the time of payment, we cannot give rewards in retrospect.

My contact information has changed how do I let you know?

Please check all your details are correct when you call in to collect your card and if they change let us know by phone, email or during your next visit to The Oxford.

Why am I not receiving exclusive Oxford Club emails?

First, ensure your emails are not going to your spam / junk folder. If you have unsubscribed from our email list, send us an email at This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. and we will ensure you are on our list.

What should I do if my card is lost or stolen?

You can request a new card by emailing your mailing address to This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. and we will cancel your old card and send you a new one!

Will my Oxford Club dollars expire if I don’t use them?

The Oxfords reward points expire 12 months from the last time card was used. That is, if the card is inactive for 12 months or more the card and its reward dollars are automatically deleted from the system.
