We are a smart, polished bistro style restaurant, that has become one of Timaru's most respected.

Available Days, nights, weekends and Holidays. This is a senior role and will be taking on recruitment, staff succession planning, training, stocks, budgets, financial targets, strategic management, cash flow monitoring, marketing, event planning and day to day operations. Our craft beer/wine list is extensive a good knowledge is a must international wine knowledge an advantage. Industry supply contacts also an asset. Require some experience with Xero, MenuMate reports (or similar) and financial reporting and costings. Strong experience in Outlook, Windows, Cloud based technology, databases. Must have current managers licence. At least 3 years supervisory/management experience.
